My nose was originally high, but it was slightly bulbous, so I had a complex about it. So I had surgery at the same time as rhinitis surgery. The surgery went well, but somehow my old nose looked more natural, so I'm a bit stressed + I didn't want to increase the nasal height, but the doctor apparently got a little ambitious little by little.. So after 6 months, I want to remove the implant and release the cartilage. Would that make it look natural??
