I had surgery a while ago using autologous dermis, but because of the nature of the dermis there is almost nothing left now. And back then I did not know much about nose surgery either, but this only involved the nasal bridge, so it felt very awkward. Since it was autologous dermis, maybe they could not do the nasal tip, but the price was high and the satisfaction was not that great..
