I went for a consultation today for nose surgery, and the hospital isn't big, just giving off the feel of a small private clinic. But the doctor was very meticulous, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and the director was kind too, so it felt good. I still need to look into more places, but out of all the places I went to for consultation today, this was the best.
