I went with a friend for a consultation, and I had also heard people say they were not friendly, so I was worried, but maybe it was a quiet time because everyone, including the manager and the director, explained things kindly and at length. I liked the photos on the website and the review photos shown at the clinic, and the director pointed out the parts of my nose I did not like right away, which made me trust them. So it was the place I liked best out of all the places I consulted, but when I looked it up in this community, there were so many bad reviews and people said the results would not be like the website photos, so I am really torn
