I went for a revision nose surgery consultation through an acquaintance introduction, and even then the price was the highest. The review photos from the director who does noses were very pleasing, but they said I absolutely had to use autologous costal cartilage, and I would need general anesthesia, general anesthesia pre-op tests, and so many other things that it was overwhelming and scary. As soon as I asked whether ear cartilage or something else could be used instead, they said no. It seems like the director has a very firm conviction about his own surgical method.
