Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

DM Review

I worried a lot about facelift surgery and went around to many places for consultations. At other places, they either said salivary gland position correction couldn't be done at all or only partial correction was possible, but Dr. Yu gave a definite answer that 'all of it can be done.' My biggest concern was that the salivary glands stood out after contour surgery, so I asked many times, and because they said it was possible!!! I skipped other specialized facelift hospitals and had it done here. But the result is... the salivary glands are still exactly the same....ㅋ So when I asked why the result was like this, they laughed and said, 'How could it be possible to put everything in 100 percent? It's impossible to put all of it in~'...ㅋ That is false advertising and excessive advertising, which violates my right to self-determination. If they had said that from the beginning, I wouldn't have had it done here, I would have gone to another specialized facelift hospital that honestly said only partial correction was possible.

When I said, 'I have a recording that you said it was completely possible, so why are you changing your story?' they got angry instead... They said I was being rude to them and that they were offended. Of course recording it may not feel good.. but in the event of a medical accident, it is the only way for the weaker party, the patient, to protect themselves, and since facelifts often have side effects, I simply recorded the pre-op consultation through a legal method.

And during the surgery I woke up, and a nurse called out, 'Dr. Han.' Yes, I was operated on by a substitute surgeon. During recovery after the surgery, looking at my sunken temple area and my face looking like a sole fish, I was terrified it might not return... it was painful, and every time I went for aftercare I felt uncomfortable and distrusted the doctor.

It's been 4 months, and the area Dr. Han stitched is still sunken and over-pulled, so I still look like a sole fish. When I asked in the recording whether they could make sure it wouldn't look like a sole fish and wouldn't pull the corners of the eyes, didn't they say 'Absolutely not'?

I also asked to have the chin implant moved forward, but they moved it downward and gave me a prognathic jaw, and when I had it removed at another hospital, it turned out they had inserted a larger one than what they said they would use during the consultation.

The masseter muscle was also not reduced. At first they said they would observe for 2 months and do a retouch... but when time passed and it stayed the same, they said it was dangerous and explained the side effects of masseter nerve block, so they wouldn't do it. Then why did they perform the nerve block surgery for 1 million won in the first place, and why did they say they would do a retouch?

...After seeing my case, would you still believe the consultation saying Dr. 'can do everything' here? I'll leave the judgment to you.. sigh..

Still, I'm grateful to Manager Loha, who sincerely looked after me afterward, and to the kind staff members
