The director seemed very tired, maybe because he had so many surgeries. The consultation was very kind and thorough, and it was interesting and nice that a 3D simulation was possible. Unlike other hospitals, he pointed out that because the shape of my chest wall is round, even if the implant were placed the same way, it would look bigger than on other people, which was very professional advice.
