My nose is wide horizontally, so osteotomy was recommended. The part I disliked the most disappeared in a very natural way. They said if the hump were shaved down, my nose would become lower, so when I said I wanted to raise the upper part of the hump, they removed tissue from the sides and filled in the upper part. My swelling still hasn't completely gone down, but I really like it. I was wondering whether I should shave the hump or place and attach an implant or bone on top, but since I said I didn't want anything added, they solved it perfectly...
