I had surgery with Gore-Tex and ear cartilage almost 20 years ago. Back then, it was important that it not look like I'd had surgery, so I chose the most natural place possible. There wasn't a dramatic change, but it became naturally pretty, so I was satisfied with the result too. I haven't had any side effects so far. But these days, a sharp, glamorous nose looks pretty, so I'm thinking about revision surgery. haha
