The consultation manager was so kind, and before I met the director, they explained everything well while looking at the CT and my nose, which was great. The director pinpointed my issues exactly, which was good. The best part was that they suggested a method that would improve my problems without being excessive, and that was what drew me in the most. Also, all the staff were kind. However, the hospital was in a somewhat remote area, so it was hard to findㅠㅠ
