The consultation manager and all the staff were kind. They also took a CT scan, so I could see the inside of my nose in detail. I didn’t even mention the functional nose work I was considering, but while looking at the CT they pointed out that it might be possible, and I felt like, “Oh, they’re professional.” The director also carefully examined my nose and was kind.
