Without waiting for the consultation, I immediately had a CT scan and photos taken, then had the consultation with the consultant first The consultant looked at the CT images and told me things like how my nasal septum was and how the bones were.. But since a consultant, not a doctor, was saying it, I didn’t really trust it. The doctor only needed to talk about the nose, which is the surgical area, but they kept talking about what my overall face was like and that I needed to do this and that, so I felt uncomfortable. On top of that, I said I wanted surgery without implants, but they suddenly said placing silicone would also be okay and recommended customized silicone, so I just thought I shouldn’t do it here. (I went to six places for consultations for implant-free surgery, and this was the only place that said I needed silicone.)
