You can get a consultation without unnecessary fluff. I went because I thought they were really good at bulbous nose surgery, and the director was really sensible, listened well, and had an aesthetic sense that matched mine. They asked if there was a look I wanted, like if comparing it to a celebrity? What kind of vibe I wanted, and I could see they were trying to match it as long as it was surgically possible. When consulting with the consultant, it felt very comfortable, like having a conversation.
