Without waiting for the consultation, I immediately had a CT scan and photos taken, then had the consultation with the consultant first The consultant looked at the CT images and said things like how my septum was and how the bone was.. but since it was a consultant, not a doctor, saying it, I did not really trust it. The doctor only needed to talk about the nose, which was the surgical area, but they kept saying things about my overall face, like what was a certain way and that I needed to do this, so I felt bad. On top of that, I said I wanted surgery without an implant, but they suddenly said using silicone would be okay too and recommended custom silicone, so I just thought I should not do it here. (I went to consultations at six places for implant-free surgery, and this was the only place that said I needed silicone)
