I made a reservation and went for a consultation, but maybe because I couldn’t make it at the reserved time, same-day consultation was difficult, yet they said I could still come, so I went and waited for more than an hour. It was largely my fault for not making the reserved time, but I had never waited 1 hour at any clinic, so I was flustered and was about to leave. Then they said a direct consultation with the director would be difficult and only the consultation manager was available, so I barely got the consultation, and only then did the director still come in personally and take a look. But it was not as meticulous or professional as the reviews said. I had been under major stress from lacrimal caruncle exposure, a hooked shape, nail-mark-like indentation, etc. caused by a failed epicanthoplasty, and the front inner-corner shape of the eyes I had wanted so much was exactly the same as Mate’s post-restoration photos, so I came here. They did say I would get the eye shape I wanted, but somehow there wasn’t a very strong sense of certainty, so my expectations dropped a bit. Instead, they said the under-eye scar improvement, which I had not brought up first, also seemed likely to be effective, and spoke in a positive direction. The director’s consultation was very short, around 10 minutes, and after that the consultation manager came back in, but they had very little understanding of the areas I wanted to improve. (When I explained which parts I wanted changed and how, they said, “It’s not that severe though?”) And with additional costs suddenly added to the event price without any clear basis (anesthesia fee + VAT + scar fee? each increased by 220,000 won), 1 million won was added to 1.6 million won, so the total estimate was 2.5 million won (;;), but with a review discount and photo discount, etc., it was reduced to 2.2 million won. But even that was only if I paid the deposit that very same day after consultationㅠㅠ They were firm that if even one day passed, they would charge the original price of 2.5 million won. I had only come for a same-day consultation, but they made it so I couldn’t not pay a deposit. In the end, because I open my eyes using my forehead, they offered forehead Botox as a service, and under that condition I paid the deposit somewhat half-forced. But even this deposit, in the additional consent form, says “no fee if canceled one week before,” yet they said that wasn’t the case and there is unconditionally a 10% fee, so I slightly lost my feelings for this clinic..
