Since it was my first surgery and I didn’t know much, I booked with the mindset of just trying one consultation first. I did not designate a director. Visited on Saturday. There weren’t many patients. About three or four? The staff were kind.
[Consultation with Director ㄱㄱㅈ] -It lasted about 10 minutes. Looking only at the time, it was short, but I asked all the questions I had prepared and felt I heard enough explanation. -The consultant stood behind the director and listened. -Calm personality -Analyzed my eyes well. -The consultant mentioned an upper canthoplasty from behind, but the director firmly said I didn’t need canthoplasty -> I felt there was no overtreatment
[What Was Disappointing] -The waiting room chairs were uncomfortable, the tablet they used looked like something released 10 years ago and was inconvenient to use, and they even marked the double eyelid line with a toothpick. The facilities that are immediately visible to someone coming for a consultation weren’t great, so I couldn’t stop thinking, what about the operating room..? -The desk staff member said she had surgery at this hospital, but I felt an artificial look. I pursue a natural look, so I thought it didn’t really fit me.
