When I first went in, the facility wasn’t great. The facility isn’t the important part, so I waited to consult, but the clinic was a bit crowded, so the waiting time was longer than at other clinics. The manager’s consultation felt like they were pointing out only the necessary parts? That was fine. The director’s consultation felt professional yet warm. I have a somewhat neutral face, so I said I wanted a straight line, but here too they said a slightly straight line would suit me better, and they explained the things I was curious about well. After that, I talked with the manager again, and since I tend to be cautious, I thought about it for a moment and they brought up the reservation deposit. I took the request for a deposit in stride since other places do that too. I set the surgery date for the end of August and paid the deposit.
