The hospital that gave me the most expensive quote for revision rhinoplasty On the Gangnam Unni event, philtrum-nose surgery is listed as 1.54 million won, and I expected there would of course be an additional fee for revision surgery. My nose isn’t that big, and it’s not an upturned nose or a dragon-like nose either. It’s slightly bulbous, but too many additional items were added. Because it was revision surgery, silicone for the nasal bridge and costal cartilage for the nasal tip. Additional charges were added for bulbous nose correction, columella extension, philtrum angle correction, short nose correction, cartilage grafting for a depressed nasal dorsum, and removal of scar tissue at the nasal tip, so based on autologous costal cartilage, it came out to 9.39 million won. Based on donated costal cartilage, it came out to 8.39 million won. It was too expensive for me, so I passed.
