The hospital where I got the most expensive estimate for revision rhinoplasty On the Gangnam Unni event, philtrum rhinoplasty is listed as 1.54 million won, but I expected there would obviously be an additional fee for revision surgery. My nose isn’t even that big, and it’s not an upturned nose or a dragon nose or anything like that. It’s just slightly bulbous, but they added so many things. Because it’s a revision, silicone for the nasal bridge and costal cartilage for the nasal tip. Additional charges were added for bulbous nose correction, columella lengthening, philtrum angle correction, short nose correction, cartilage grafting for dorsal depression, and removal of scar tissue at the nasal tip, so based on autologous costal cartilage, it came out to 9.39 million won. Based on donated costal cartilage, it came out to 8.39 million won. It was too expensive for me, so I passed.
