I had surgery for a hump nose over 10 years ago, and I hadn’t even thought about revision surgery, but this time I made up my mind. My current nose looks exactly like the drawing on the left. I want to remove just a little bit of the nasal tip, like in the drawing on the right, without making it obvious. Would that be possible? I wish the area colored in blue weren’t there. My nasal tip droops too far downward and is long, but lifting the nasal tip won’t make it too pointy, right?
