I’ve had nose surgery three times. For the first surgery, the goal was to improve my bulbous nose, and I had it done at a large hospital. As far as I know, I had nasal osteotomy + silicone + septal cartilage. But my bulbous nose still didn’t improve, so I also had Hiko + nostril reduction + nasal alar cinching done together.. But as time went on, the nasal tip kept drooping, so I had my whole nose operated on again with silicone and septal cartilage. I was satisfied, but in week 3 I had an inflammatory reaction, so now I’ve already had irrigation twice and I’m undergoing inflammation treatment. I’m so depressed... I wonder if the inflammation treatment can go well.. If it doesn’t, they said we should remove the silicone, but I’m so scared that if I remove the silicone, the shaved nasal bridge will show as it is
