I had already had nose surgery, but the bulbous tip did not improve and I still hated the way my nose spread when I smiled, so I got MISKO, alar reduction, and nostril narrowing here. First, the alar reduction ended up uneven, so from the side one nostril still looks just as big as before. They tied the nostrils way too tightly, so all the blood vessels around the nose burst. I don't know why I even had MISKO done. The tip of the nose sagged completely.. The doctor also seemed to operate very carelessly, and everything felt bad. I do not recommend it.
