I had everything removed. For years until getting the removal, I struggled with it alone and felt so distressed, and the day before yesterday, I finally had it removed. When I had my first nose surgery, I was so swollen that I couldn't open my eyes for more than three days, and I had a lot of bruising too.. It hurt so much that I took painkillers and cried, but maybe because this time was a removal surgery, or because they performed the surgery well, there isn't much swelling and it doesn't hurt either^^ I'll have to keep watching to know the result, but for now, I feel at ease. Because of the septal support graft and extension graft, my nasal tip was extremely hard and felt fixed in place, but when I gently pressed it, it was soft, so I'm really happy. They said the silicone was 3.5, but it turned out they had put in 4 mm. So I really hated that my nasal bridge looked obviously operated on, but now that it's been taken out, it feels like my nose has become lighter. Even on the day of surgery, I was being sensitive, but the director and consultant were kind and took good care of me, so I finished the surgery comfortably and came home~
