Nose Surgery Reviews

I had bulbous nose surgery and it’s day 4. I’m wondering if this is normal..

I went around like crazy for consultations at more than 6 places, and I ended up getting it at the clinic I chose because it was a one-doctor clinic, communication with the director was good, and the consultation focused on what I wanted. Part of why I chose it was because, from reviews, it seemed like this clinic does the most natural-looking work. I had surgery this Wednesday, and since I had a bulbous nose, I had alar reduction + silicone implant + septal cartilage and ear cartilage together. I wanted a natural look, so I asked them not to overdo it. Maybe because the alar reduction was also done only a little without overdoing it, and the silicone was low, when I look at other people’s reviews their faces swell a lot and stuff, but I had no swelling at all from the first day, and if anything, just a tiny bit of glabellar swelling that made my eyes look slightly close together? But even that disappeared after a day. The day before yesterday, I went to have the cotton removed, and the doctor was really surprised, asking if there was no swelling even around my eyes lol They said I seem to be totally suited for it. But they said most people the director operates on don’t have much swelling. That’s the most fascinating part, and there’s no redness on my nose either. My nose is swollen, but it’s much less of a big deal than I worried about, so I’m very satisfied. I’m curious whether it’s really just me, or whether it differs depending on the doctors’ skill.
