6 years after rhinoplasty

I’m planning to have it removed because of frequent minor inflammation, a cold sensation in my nose, and a feeling of pressure.. I’m not exactly satisfied with the surgical result, but it’s still better than before, and I was also so scared of anesthesia and surgery that I told myself I’d try to hold out for ten years. But recently, another small inflammation was found, and I started feeling tightness inside my nose, so out of fear of contracture, necrosis, and so on, I decided to have it removed If I could go back to six years ago, I would have only done nostril reduction and absolutely would not have touched the bone
