Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Review of 1st and 2nd Nose Surgeries.

First of all, I had severe septal deviation. It's genetic, but since I had just lived like this my whole life, I didn't really know. After doing it, the world really did feel different. I'm not perfectly satisfied with the shape of my nose ㅜㅜㅋ Before surgery, if I even caught a cold, the one nostril that was at least somewhat open would get blocked, so I had to sleep sitting up.. I always breathed through my mouth, so my throat was bad and my lips were always chapped. Of course, my sleep quality was very poor too. Externally, I had a hump nose.

Anyway, for the first surgery, I had it done at a plastic surgery department. They just lightly shaved down the hump and said my nasal tip was too low, so they inserted maybe two pieces of artificial cartilage. The hump grew back, and later, when they opened my nose, they said there was nothing like that there, maybe it had dissolved. There's not even much to write as a review for the first surgery.. I just had it done at the plastic surgery department of a university hospital. The price was really cheap too.

The second surgery was when I realized there was a problem with my nose. I think it was roughly about 5 years ago from now. I had it done at an ENT somewhere in Gangnam.. Looking here now, the reviews are really hit-or-miss.. After straightening my nose, they placed one Gore-Tex implant, and overall I think it turned out well. Since I had the memory of the hump recurring once before, I just said okay. Actually, I asked them to just remove the hump without making a big difference from before. They said it would look pretty if they made it a little longer, and at first I regretted not doing that, but now that I look at this community, I think I made the right choice.. Anyway, the surgery wasn't that short, but it wasn't extremely hard either. After the surgery was complete hell.. For the first three days, they packed something like cotton tightly into my nose, and breathing through my mouth was a given, but because of the pressure I couldn't even talk.. I licked water to drink, and I think I lost 4 kg in a week. I must have looked so terrible that my mom saw me and cried, saying she was sorry for giving birth to me deformed = =;; After a little over a month, the swelling went down enough that I at least looked human at first.. But the bruising.. the bruising lasted three months.. I had nose surgery, but the bruises were around my eyes. I just went through hell. Even thinking about it again, it was awful, and around week 4, blood collected between my eyebrows, so I suffered again.. They say nose surgery always has some side effects, no matter how minor, and really.. even though my skin tends to heal well, it was hard. Anyway, now that it has settled, the world where I can breathe felt fascinating and amazing. But I don't readily recommend it. My family members, who were all going to do it if mine turned out well, all gave up ;ㅅ;
