I was surprised because the consultation quality was better than I expected. I read every single review before going, and since many people said there was a long wait, I deliberately booked the consultation for the morning.. I figured I’d rather be a bit tired than wait.. Maybe because of that, there was almost no wait, but when I came out after the consultation, I think there were about 2 people waiting, maybe 3.. Anyway.. I like a slightly more glamorous nasal tip, and they said the photos I brought were not a natural style. But they said a glamorous straight-to-slightly-curved line would suit my face well. They said they usually don’t recommend autologous costal cartilage much for a first surgery, and if using rib cartilage, they recommended donated costal cartilage. The cost was not as expensive as I had expected. They said my nasal bridge itself is not on the low side, and my skin is not thick. But because my nasal tip is drooping, it looks long, so they said it would be enough to raise the nasal tip and slightly build up the bridge so there isn’t a step-off between the bridge and the tip. They said it is not a difficult nose.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex
My round nasal tip was so different from the look I wanted… You know how a bulbous nose looks even thicker and more emphasized in photosㅠ... Even though the side profile seemed okay? From the front, it looked spread out. There are different
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
