Before getting nose surgery, I had Hiko, but there wasn’t much of a change, so after thinking about it for a long time, I eventually decided to get nose surgery. While looking for reviews here, I found out about K Plus, and I went because they seemed to do men’s noses naturally and well. I told them everything, like how my nose looked bulky from the front, how the nasal tip drooped from the side, how it became uneven when I smiled, and my dissatisfaction with the columella. They listened well, and we decided on surgery by balancing the nose I wanted with a nose that would suit me well. The director here doesn’t seem to just do everything you ask for; it seems they only do it if it suits you well. They’re kind, but if something can’t be done, they clearly say no and don’t do it. They definitely avoid overcorrection and are quite firm. I wanted to see a good improvement effect, so I listened to the director. When I read reviews here, I heard that swelling and bruising were almost nonexistent, and for me too, the swelling and bruising weren’t severe. I’m not sure why that is, but maybe it’s because the surgery was done well? I don’t live in Seoul, so I was worried the surgery might go wrong, but I was satisfied from the beginning. There was nothing uncomfortable either, so I only went when the hospital told me to come for follow-ups, and since I had nothing to ask, I just received postoperative care and left.
