I had always been very concerned because my philtrum was long, but since I have an upturned nose and recently had nasal tip surgery, I don’t plan to do anything more to my nose unless something major happens, so I didn’t even consider internal reduction (couldn’t do it). I thought philtrum dimple surgery and lateral mouth-corner surgery would at least work, so I had a consultation and had the surgery done right away 3 days later. Both the doctor and the consultation manager were kind! I suddenly asked about facial contouring and asked about everything, but they told me which parts I didn’t need to do within a reasonable range, and suggested other ways to improve the things I was worried about! I haven’t had the stitches removed yet, but the suturing is very pretty haha There were many good points, but the price seems to be on the expensive side!
