I had my nasal hump shaved down, raised the bridge with silicone, and had the nasal tip done with cartilage. Maybe because my skin is so thin, the silicone in the bridge looked whitish and showed through right after surgery, and now it’s much more obvious...(I had a hump nose with a very low glabella). If I get revision surgery, for the bridge I want to use dermis or lower the silicone a lot. I got surgery to become prettier, but now I’m looking into revision surgery to look more natural.. Sigh..
