I had hump nose surgery. The bridge of my nose shows the silicone too clearly, and the tip is blunt so it looks like a bulbous nose.. Still, among the three cosmetic surgeries I had done here, this is the best one, but only the hump was improved and it is not a nose that anyone would say is pretty.. Three years later my nasal tip feels strange, so I am still looking into revision surgery..
