They explained everything in detail, but every time I asked a question they sighed and said, "Huh? Huh?" and I felt bad because they kept talking to the manager as if they didn’t know whether I had understood. They misunderstood what I was asking, and the manager understood and answered instead. They said the surgery method is different from other places, but hospitals often just rename the same method, so I’m not sure if that’s really true.
