They explained the surgical method. They said they would only do it the way I wanted. If I asked what the direction for improvement should be because I didn’t really know, it felt like they were a bit bothered. They said they would judge it themselves and do as I asked, so I’m not really sure. The consultation manager was kind. Parking validation is only given for 30 minutes.
