They kept adjusting the line and asking me how it looked. I felt really, really satisfied. The director and the manager kept asking whether there was anything else I wanted or anything I was still wondering about, and they checked everything carefully. But I did feel like they were pressuring me to put down a deposit. (They said the deposit could be refunded as long as I called only four days before the surgery.)
