Removal nose : The cartilage in my nose was too small to reuse, so everything was removed, and they harvested ear cartilage to shape the nasal tip. My original nose was too spread out.
After multiple revision surgeries, and between about 2 to 3 months after my last revision surgery, I had open removal surgery.
The order is original nose, surgery nose, removal nose.
For the first few days, my nose was really soft, but it gradually got harder. Even now it’s not as hard as when I had donated costal cartilage, but it has become hard.
The removal-nose photo is with makeup on. ㅠㅠ It’s shading and highlighter that I normally didn’t use. I was practicing, and since my nose changed, I kept wanting to try doing makeup.
After about 8 days, it’s okay to go around without a mask. I still have yellow bruising on the cheek area beside my nose.
And my nasal bridge turned white in the shape of the silicone. My skin was already extremely thin, and it probably got thinner and thinner because of the silicone. When I looked it up, there were quite a few cases like this. But because it’s white, it has the effect of applying highlighter to the nasal bridge..... It’s bittersweet, but I’m not too bothered by it ㅠㅠ They say it comes back over time if the skin tans a bit and such.
I’m much more satisfied than with my original nose shape. But the sense of loss(?) from the nasal bridge that disappeared and became lower, and since that feeling(?) the silicone gave is gone, my face feels a bit empty(?).
But when I had the nose surgery, I looked very strong, and after removing it, how can I look this soft and gentle....... Anyway, I think I look about a year younger ㅠㅠ That’s also bittersweet. That was my two-week review.
I’m not taking cost inquiries. I’ve already had several revision surgeries, and I didn’t have inflammation. The materials were also very varied, and my nasal tip was also treated as a revision surgery, so the cost will be different anyway. I think getting a consultation is faster.
