For the nose, they recommended autologous costal cartilage and silicone, and the director was very confident, so from the patient consultation standpoint it felt good. They said that even though it was autologous costal cartilage, they would do it under sedation anesthesia, so recovery would be faster. They said they are ambidextrous.. But I heard that if it’s autologous costal cartilage, general anesthesia is better, and although it seemed like a hospital that does a lot of nose surgery, I didn’t choose it.
