Since the director is an otolaryngology specialist, I think they would handle the functional aspects well, and overall they seem to pursue a natural direction for the nose. Maybe because of that, they did not recommend implants, and the approach to my nose shape felt closer to correction than cosmetic surgery. I don’t mind if someone can tell I had surgery, but I don’t like a flashy look that seems obviously surgical, so the director and my needs matched well.
