I should’ve done it a little sooner. It really didn’t hurt, at least for me personally. I’m not 100% happy with the shape, but the hump is gone and my droopy arrow-shaped nose is gone, so I’m so happy. It has a feminine feel!! haha My impression has changed a lot. When people around me ask which cosmetic surgery I’m most satisfied with, I think it’s definitely my nose!! Gwangmyeong haha I also really like that it became smoother. The line I wanted was a little lower and more curved, but it ended up being a straight-with-slight-curve line, so that’s a bit disappointing. Still, when I think about my previous nose, I’m satisfied. I had implant-free surgery using ear cartilage and septal cartilage, with a little donated dermis on the nasal bridge!!! I also had osteotomy, so I think it became much more feminine. Before, it looked a bit masculine. I’m not 100% satisfied, but rhinoplasty is truly the surgery I’m most satisfied with..!!
