I had nose surgery more than 5 years ago. It was done with 3mm silicone + ear cartilage + septal cartilage + osteotomy. More than anything else, I wanted to see the frontal effect, so after looking at photo reviews back then, I was drawn to this place because the frontal effect seemed clearly visible, and I had the surgery. After surgery, the front view definitely improved, and I’m satisfied with that part. But to create the frontal effect, the tip of the nose was made too high, so from the side the tip is too high, and because septal cartilage was used, the tip is very stiff. Also, the round nostrils became bean-shaped, but the left and right sides are asymmetrical. After the osteotomy, when I lie on one side, that side gets nasal congestion too, which became uncomfortable. I’m scared of getting revision surgery because I worry another problem might appear, so I can’t do it and am just living with it because these problems aren’t fatal.. If there is something to gain, there is definitely something to lose with this surgery
