I had the splint removed yesterday. I didn't realize I was the type to bruise more than expected. I thought safety would be better, so I had surgery using only my own cartilage, without silicone. Since it was done only with my own cartilage, I thought it would look extremely natural and not noticeable at all, but even if it isn't obvious, the effect definitely seems clear. Since men don't get cosmetic surgery as much and it's hard to find information, I struggled a lot in the beginning, but it feels like that hard work is being rewarded.
For reference, I had previously had Hiko and filler, so I had them all removed 1 week before surgery and then had the operation. For pain, you can think of it as almost none, about level 1 out of 10, and if someone with nasal blockage like rhinitis gets the surgery, it does seem like it would be very difficult. Until two days after surgery, I practically slept sitting up.
