I went for a consultation and the doctor seemed like someone with a strong sense of pride. They told me to have the surgery with donor costal cartilage (if I pay more, autologous costal cartilage). They also recommended a paranasal augmentation, but well... it might make me prettier, but I hesitated because the image change seemed like it would be too much. Most of all, a flashy nose is not my style, so I decided on another hospital. Still, it seems like they make pretty nose lines, so you should go for a consultation~
