Before surgery, I was very anxious, searched around a lot, and sent question messages. Thanks to the people who kindly answered me each time, I was able to feel reassured and go into the operating room. I'm posting my personal review in case it helps others.

-Price: 3 million KRW to high 3 million range
_Preoperative nose: Short and small nose with the nostrils slightly showing / Because of that, the midface looked sunken, making it look broad and flat, and my mouth, which was already protrusive, looked even more protruded / Narrow nasolabial angle
-Requests for surgery: I emphasized improving the broad, flat-looking midface and the protrusive mouth / Priority on a pretty nasolabial angle / I said I absolutely did not want silicone, and the director also said he would not do the surgery if silicone had to be used (he said that because my nose was already slightly asymmetric, there was a high possibility it would twist if silicone was inserted) / Because my original face had a round, soft impression, I emphasized that I absolutely did not want a long nose (the director also told me not to worry about this request)
-Surgical method: Ear cartilage rotational graft, with posterior auricular fascia used to improve the nasal dorsum and nasal tip / Sedation anesthesia followed by local anesthesia
-After surgery: I was very scared and nervous about local anesthesia, but it did not hurt at all, and the nurse took very kind care of me, so there was no discomfort. During surgery, the director also reflected my requests as much as possible when I mentioned them and answered kindly. I wore a splint for 7 days, and because of concerns about keloid scarring and infection, the clinic prescribed quite a large amount of medication. I took it regularly and spent the time doing only light stretching.
It's still day 9, so there is some swelling, but I hope the nasal tip comes down soon.. They listened to my requests as much as possible, so I'm very satisfied, and I think the nasal tip is soft enough, so I plan to live while taking good care of it. From the front, there is no dramatic change, but I wasn't expecting an extremely dramatic before-and-after difference, so I'm also very satisfied with that.
