The nose this surgeon pursues is a “soft nose,” a “nose that can be pushed up like a pig nose,” so I don’t know if they made the septum too slim..... As soon as the splint was removed, I could see it was crooked and said so, and they said, “Try pushing it in the opposite direction of the deviation.” When I went in for follow-up a month later and said it, they said, “It’s because it’s swollen. Once the swelling goes down, it’ll be okay.” When I went in for follow-up three months later and said it again, they said, “Your face is asymmetrical, so your nose looks crooked. The crookedness isn’t very noticeable, so just live with it.” But even as time kept passing, I couldn’t get used to the crooked nose, so after 6 months I went back and got correction for the crooked nose, you know?
