The director seems to have a very clear point of view. They seemed to have a specific type of nose they consider beautiful, and it didn’t seem like they would make the very natural nose I wanted. I got the feeling they’d just operate the way they usually do. They also recommended surgery I hadn’t even gone in thinking about. They speak very directly. It didn’t feel like they were trying to adapt as much as possible to the patient; they plainly said, you need to do this and this. They’re not the kind of person who is kind and warm. But the manager is quite kind.
