I had a consultation at Apgujeong Seoul Plastic Surgery Clinic. I thought I’d take the elevator up from the first-floor entrance, but it turned out the plastic surgery counter was just right there on the first floor. I almost rode the elevator up without knowing and got stopped.
They checked my name, had me sit for a moment, then I filled out the things I needed to write down briefly, such as surgical history, desired changes, and points to pass along, and handed it in. Then they called my name and guided me to the upper floor. The person at the first-floor counter was kind!
The person who guided me upstairs was also kind, and the director consulted with me right away and made everything very comfortable. Since the director was in surgery, it took a little time, so the manager answered everything I asked. She also brought up things I had forgotten on her own, so I don’t think I was bored while waiting. She looked closely at my nose, shared a lot of opinions, and showed me photos of other surgery cases too..
There was absolutely no over-treatment. In fact, she pointed out things that didn’t seem necessary first and said it would be fine to proceed only if I personally wanted it. More than anything, she was really kind and kept smiling while talking to me, so the consultation felt very 부담-free.
The director also consulted with me in a very relaxed atmosphere, and neither pressured me nor showed any discomfort. She told me not to worry at all about the things I was concerned about, and just like the manager, she showed me photos and explained things with drawings kindly.
I haven’t been to that many places, but in terms of atmosphere alone, this clinic felt like the most comfortable consultation.
Oh, even when scheduling the consultation, and when they contacted me on the day of the consultation, they spoke in a tone that really felt kind. And when I said I might be a little late, they changed the time with some extra leeway!
