I didn’t have surgery and only had a consultation, but they didn’t make excessive recommendations and advised me not to do my nose, recommending fat grafting instead. They weren’t extremely kind, but they didn’t feel unfriendly either. It felt like somewhere I might go for procedures or things like that.
