The doctor explained rhinoplasty to me in really great detail. I didn’t really know the pros and cons of implants versus no implant, so he explained everything one by one in detail, and said he would use the septum and ear cartilage to build up the nose tip, and if that was not enough, he would use costal cartilage. He emphasized putting in silicone, so I skipped it... but if I had had the courage to use an implant, I think I would have gotten surgery here. It was a clinic where I felt the doctor had a lot of professional knowledge and was very skilled.
