The director explains things if you ask questions, but because it's revision surgery and there is inflammation, they said they have to open it up to know for sure. Since there is inflammation and they previously used a septal graft and ear cartilage, they said they would go in with costal cartilage. They also said it may be done in two or three stages. The director was kind, and for revision surgery, I recommend definitely getting a CT scan. Another hospital said there was no problem, but this also made it possible to see that there was a problem with the silicone.
