It seemed like a new manager. They empathized with how hard it was for me, saying they themselves had also suffered a lot after a failed nose surgery, so that drew me in. We also bonded over both liking alcohol, but when they recommended some medication and treated me like an alcoholic, I didn’t really like that. The manager said they had even considered going to a big hospital because of drinking... Still, they were quick to respond and handled things neatly and quickly, which I liked. My nose is such an extreme case that I think I had a pretty long consultation with the director. He was very knowledgeable and I trusted him, and I left with a deposit down and almost 100% set on reconstruction surgery, but there were too many bad reviews on the cafe, so I canceled for now ㅠㅠ
