The consultation manager was kind and tried to explain everything in as much detail as possible. There was no pressure at all, and they answered my questions well. I had a consultation with Dr. Kim specifically assigned, and the explanations about the surgery method and my questions were very detailed. While pulling the skin to define the line, they showed me roughly how that line would look, and I got the reassuring feeling that they were doing their best to operate safely. They also explained in detail the wrinkles and risks if too much is removed, and said they would do the surgery the way I wanted.
